5For me, this Sheiker is the best. I had other Sheiker with 600 ml capacity but the protein shakes where to watery. Also, the bottle is hermetic and easy to take with you. So, I totally recommend it.

5Well, where should I start the size of this botel is just perfect. In my opinion 400 ml capacity us better than some 600 or 800 ml one. I had a 800 ml botel before and the protein shakes were just tasteless if you put more than 600 ml of water. Anyways, let's talk about the future this botel is very hermetic. I did a test putting it on the side for 30 min and no drop. Handy, fits in your gym bag always... like I said it is the perfect Sheiker and for this price, come on.
